I built the first version of Flowpass in 2025 for 4DK’s dance concert because the alternatives didn’t fit — the bigger platforms charged fees too steep for a local recital, generic form tools couldn’t handle seat selection, and hand-stamping tickets at the door — we tried that one, never again.
Three productions later, Flowpass is still running and growing. I write all the code. I onboard every client. When you email, I reply — usually within a day.
No sales team. No support tier. No ‘please open a ticket and someone will get back to you.’ If something breaks during your event, I’m the person fixing it.
